Job summary

Crossroads Irving, a retail gas bar in Hanwell, New Brunswick, is seeking an on-site supervisor to lead staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will supervise 5–10 employees, organize inventory, handle cash, resolve customer requests and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment. A secondary school diploma and 2–3 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of supervisory or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.).
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Sell merchandise.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
