What You Will Do :

As the Manager, Operations - Bathing, you will lead daily manufacturing activities within bathing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Reporting to the Director, Manufacturing, this role provides strategic direction to the production team while driving operational excellence through Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives. You will embody and promote Masco Canada's values, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and engaged workforce.

Your responsibilities will include :

1. Leading and coordinating daily manufacturing plans, advising Production Supervisors to meet goals.
2. Championing a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean work environment using 5S methodology.
3. Optimizing workforce planning to meet demand and production targets.
4. Applying Lean Manufacturing, MOS tools, and problem-solving techniques to improve safety, quality, delivery, and costs.
5. Monitoring performance metrics and addressing issues proactively.
6. Leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
7. Ensuring compliance with internal controls, labor agreements, and policies.
8. Developing and coaching team members and leaders.
9. Partnering with HR on labor and employee relations.
10. Making strategic decisions to ensure smooth daily operations.

What will you bring :

• Experience in a similar role or as a Plant Manager is an asset.
• Degree or diploma in engineering, business management, or related fields.
• Industrial Management Certificate or equivalent.
• OSSD or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3-5 years in management within a high-volume environment.
• Experience working in a unionized setting.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems like JDE.
