Job summary

Vaco is recruiting a Manager of Corporate Accounting for a 3-month contract in the Greater Toronto Area. The role oversees month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation for the client’s corporate accounting function.

You will review AR, COGS, inventory reporting, manage payments, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Experience with NetSuite and strong Excel skills are required. CPA designation or pursuing CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups.
• Experience with inventory accounting is an asset.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Rate

$50.00/ Hour.
