We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Business Partner - Manager who can drive targeted marketing initiatives while bringing strong leadership to a developing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building team cohesion, setting clear priorities, and mentoring team members toward shared goals.
The Marketing Business Partner - Manager will be responsible for organizing quarterly product launch events and defining strategies for segment-based campaigns, events, and sales enablement marketing tools. With a team of three direct reports, this individual will play a key role in fostering collaboration, clarity, and accountability. The role reports to the head of Marketing and requires strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.
