We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Business Partner - Manager who can drive targeted marketing initiatives while bringing strong leadership to a developing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building team cohesion, setting clear priorities, and mentoring team members toward shared goals.

The Marketing Business Partner - Manager will be responsible for organizing quarterly product launch events and defining strategies for segment-based campaigns, events, and sales enablement marketing tools. With a team of three direct reports, this individual will play a key role in fostering collaboration, clarity, and accountability. The role reports to the head of Marketing and requires strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Quarterly Product Launch Events: Plan and organize quarterly product launch events across key segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timelines and deliverables are met.
  2. Segment Marketing Strategy: Analyze segment performance and adjust strategies based on data and business needs, overseeing execution.
  3. Sales Enablement Portal: Define and lead implementation of the optimal marketing/sales portal.
  4. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management to support product marketing activities and collaborate with sales teams to address segment-specific needs in campaigns and sales tools.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven success in segment marketing or campaign management.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with electrical manufacturing and distributor channels is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English. French is required. English is also required for communication with customers outside Quebec.
  • This role requires a minimum of 2 days presence at the ABB Iberville office.
