Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Business Partner - Manager who can drive targeted marketing initiatives and lead a developing team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in building team cohesion, setting priorities, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities include organizing quarterly product launch events, defining strategies for segment-based campaigns, events, and sales enablement tools. The individual will oversee a team of three direct reports, fostering collaboration, clarity, and accountability. Key duties include:

  1. Quarterly Product Launch Events: Plan and organize across key segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
  2. Segment Marketing Strategy: Analyze performance, adjust strategies based on data, and oversee execution.
  3. Sales Enablement Portal: Define and lead the implementation of the marketing and sales portal.
  4. Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management and Sales to support marketing activities and address segment-specific needs.
Qualifications for the role
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in leadership or strategic roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven success in segment marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of electrical manufacturing and distributor channels is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French; French is required, English is necessary for communication outside Quebec.
  • Minimum 2 days per week presence at ABB Iberville office.
