Join to apply for the Manager, Human Resources role at Accenture.

The role involves providing industry expertise and managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, compensation changes, employee relations, and offboarding. You will proactively engage with employees to support engagement and culture, ensure the accuracy of confidential employee files in compliance with laws and policies, oversee benefits administration, conduct sensitive investigations, and develop strong relationships with staff and leaders.

You will also manage workplace investigations, coach HR Generalists, support legal matters, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting. Maintaining knowledge of employment legislation in Canada and the US is essential, along with visiting multiple project offices in the Greater Toronto Area to build relationships.

Leadership responsibilities include ensuring data confidentiality, managing team performance, training, and creating an inspiring environment.
