Manages day-to-day Human Resource services for Gordon Food Service (GFS) division, Canada National, or United Trimen. In partnership with local and HR leadership, coordinates best practices in employee relations, total rewards, training and development, recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development, along with building other effective tools needed by GFS management.
The successful candidate will be required to be in the office 4 days a week and should be able to travel between the GFS Milton DC and the United Trimen North York DC, as required.
