Manager, Global Finance Business Partner

Overview

Reporting to the Director or Sr Manager, this role manages the full scope of finance activities associated with specific budgets within one of the clusters, with guidance from the Manager. The Finance Business Partner acts as a collaboration partner between leadership of the supported function, KPMGI Finance, and the Finance Director / Senior Manager.

What You Will Do

• Execute all controlling activities, including FP&A, budgets, forecasts, expenditure controls, invoicing, in coordination with reporting manager and Portfolio Lead, and in collaboration with other team members.
• Manage and execute period close activities, including accruals, adjustments, reporting, and analysis.
• Analyze financial performance, seek business insights, and prepare commentaries on the supported budget areas.
• Provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely finance information to functional stakeholders for effective decision-making.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships within the supported Global teams.
• Manage junior team members, including offshore resources, supporting skill development and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring To The Role

• Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
• CPA or other relevant accounting qualification or experience.
• Experience communicating with key stakeholders and business leaders.
• 5+ years of progressive financial and management accounting experience, preferably in a large, multinational professional services environment.
• Experience with internal controls, accounting best practices, business analysis, and ERP system optimization.
