Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, business partnering, or corporate finance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a complex organization.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Power BI, BPC is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, long-range planning, and capital allocation for the organization.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and targets.
• Identify risks, opportunities, trends, and provide recommendations to executives.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting packages, variance analysis, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Deliver insights to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Lead scenario planning and financial modelling for strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• CPA designation required.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within Financial Planning & Analysis, business partnering, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and management reporting in a complex organization.
• Previous leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing people.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across finance and business functions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, BPC, and reporting/analytics tools is considered an asset.
