Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage full-cycle recruitment activities across a variety of operational functions. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for a recruiter, based in Edmonton, with 2-3 years of recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with stakeholders. Experience recruiting for skilled trades, technicians, mechanics, or operational roles is considered a strong asset.
