Job summary

Talent deRabane, a leading Canadian professional services firm, seeks an experienced strategic marketing leader to drive national demand generation initiatives and support growth across practice areas.

Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development team, you will partner with practice leaders and senior partners to design integrated campaigns, manage budgets, and measure performance across channels. This hybrid role offers executive visibility and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience within a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience developing and executing demand generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of business growth drivers, digital marketing, sponsorships, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate marketing data into tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset.

  • Contribute to the preparation of industry directories, award submissions, rankings, and matter collections.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate marketing performance and results to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective project management and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Reporting to the national Marketing & Business Development team, you will serve as a strategic partner to practice leaders, sector heads, and key partners across the organization.


Your mandate will be to design and execute demand generation strategies that support the firm’s business objectives, drive new market opportunities, and strengthen existing client relationships.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM
