The Manager, Data and Digital Innovation provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Fleetway's Technical Publications, Configuration and Data Management (CMDM), and Document Management functions. The role is accountable for developing and executing Fleetway's data management and digital innovation strategies, ensuring the organization leverages modern technologies, integrated data environments, and industry best practices to meet client, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Manager leads Fleetway's Digital Innovation Agenda, including the implementation and governance of integrated data environments (IDE), digital transformation initiatives, and the adoption of industry standards such as S1000D. The Manager serves as the key liaison with J.D. Irving Information Technology and other corporate and industry partners, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with Fleetway's business objectives and customer needs. The Manager is also responsible for the performance, development, and succession planning of departmental personnel, ensuring the team possesses the skills and capabilities required to support Fleetway's evolving digital future.
