Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Promote customer goodwill by exemplifying high standards in customer service.
  2. Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect; recognize accomplishments and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all staff.
  4. Manage Front End operations according to established standards.
  5. Coordinate work schedules to maintain service standards and accommodate personal needs.
  6. Utilize training materials and certify staff to meet departmental needs, keeping certifications current.
  7. Delegate tasks judiciously and oversee their completion as per assignment sheets.
  8. Supervise all duties of Front End associates.
  9. As Compliance Officer, ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering regulations and training.
  10. Manage departmental budget including payroll, over/shorts, and supplies.
  11. Meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
  12. Ensure associates are trained by certified trainers.
  13. Maintain communication within the department and across the organization via communication boards and task management tools.
  14. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
  15. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  16. Support safety standards and report equipment issues; keep work areas safe and clean.
  17. Handle sales transactions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  18. Oversee the operation of the office/service desk/kiosk/front end/bottle room, ensuring cleanliness, customer service, and transaction accuracy.
  19. Secure cash drawers when unattended and protect company assets.
  20. Understand labor and productivity reports, scheduling, and ordering processes.
  21. Conduct performance reviews and service observations.
  22. Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to personal appearance policies.
  23. Perform cashiering, bagging, and other assigned functions as needed.
  24. Assist with special projects as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of store operations preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements. Ability to lead and obtain certification as a Food Safety Manager within 90 days, maintaining accreditation thereafter.

Physical Requirements
  • Proficiency with computers and communication systems.
  • Perform repetitive motions; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; handle various substances; stand continuously; and operate equipment such as cash registers and scanners.
Salary Range

$49,400 - $67,496 annually (40 hours/week). Eligible for 5 hours of overtime.
