Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation is seeking a dynamic fundraising and events professional with strong relationship building skills to join the Foundation’s Strategy and Public Engagement team. The Manager, Community Engagement is responsible for securing and managing a diverse portfolio of community events and ensuring event organizers are supported with the tools they need to raise awareness and funds for Holland Bloorview. This role reports to the Senior Director, Community Fundraising and is responsible for portfolio strategy, planning and execution, as well as managing two direct reports.
Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation is the largest foundation in Canada dedicated to supporting childhood disability inclusion, research, care and academic leadership. In partnership with the hospital, our mission is to inspire the community to help Holland Bloorview create the most meaningful and healthy futures for all children, youth and families.
This fall, we launched the largest fundraising campaign in Canadian history for pediatric disability, raising $100 million to establish Holland Bloorview’s Centre for Excellence in Childhood Disability.
