Typical Day in role:

Campaign Strategy, Audience Analytics & Optimization

  • Translate business and marketing priorities into analytical roadmaps, clear success measures, test designs, delivery plans, and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Develop audience and targeting strategies using segmentation, propensity, response, uplift, customer value, eligibility, and channel-preference insights.
  • Evaluate campaign and offer concepts, size opportunities, build business cases, forecast financial outcomes, and provide go/no-go recommendations based on customer impact, incrementality, risk, and P&L.
  • Partner with Campaign Design and Execution, Data Science, Marketing, Product, and channel teams to improve decisioning, personalization, next-best-action strategies, and multi-channel customer journeys.
