Job summary

EMCO Corporation has launched a Management Development Program for new graduates across Canada, offering a hands-on, four-phase path from warehouse and customer service to leadership and operations. The program rotates through phases, you own projects, manage accounts, and interact with leaders nationwide.

Upon completion, you’ll advance to a Profit Centre Manager role, driving sales, profitability, and community relationships at locations nationwide, with relocation support and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Recent university or college graduates from any discipline.
• Positive, results-driven mindset with willingness to learn.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and teammates.
• Interest in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through a four‑phase program covering supply chain, operations, sales, leadership, and strategy.
• Own projects, manage accounts, build customer relationships, and make real business decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team and set strategy and performance goals.
• Relocate within Canada as needed with relocation assistance.
• After completion, step into a Profit Centre Manager role, running your own location.
