EMCO is launching a four-phase Management Trainee program designed to give you full visibility into how a successful business operates—from supply chain and operations to sales, leadership, and strategy.

You will rotate through four phases, own projects, manage accounts, build customer relationships, and make real business decisions under guidance from experienced leaders across the country. The program culminates in leading a Profit Centre Manager role.

Qualifications

• Recent university or college graduates welcome.
• Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a desire to learn.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license.
