EMCO Corporation, a century-old Canadian wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products, invites new graduates to join the Management Development Program. You’ll rotate through four phases—from warehouse operations to account management and leadership—gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and profit sharing, with relocation support across Canada.

Qualifications

• Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines welcome).
• Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a desire to learn.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through a four-phase program covering supply chain, operations, sales, leadership, and strategy.
• Own projects, manage accounts, and build customer relationships.
• Learn to read blueprints and develop material quotes.
• Negotiate contracts and grow key accounts.
• Transition from trainee to business leader.
