EMCO Corporation is seeking new or recent graduates to join our Management Development Program as full-time trainees. This position offers a base salary of CAD 52,500 plus profit sharing and a comprehensive benefits package.

The program spans 4 phases over 3.5–4 years, covering warehouse, customer service, procurement, account management, proactive sales, and leadership. Candidates may relocate within Canada with relocation assistance provided.
