Job summary

Primaris REIT is seeking a Maintenance Worker for our Medicine Hat Mall in Medicine Hat, AB. You will diagnose issues, identify solutions and support tenants and customers in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary contract with an anticipated start date of September 7, 2026 and end date January 31, 2027. A customer-service mindset, basic trades knowledge and ability to operate power tools are valued.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required, college diploma an asset.
• 1 year experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of a trade or HVAC, etc. an asset.
• Ability to operate power tools & equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic PC skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification an asset.

Expected Salary/Hourly Range:

CAD $19.00 - $23.00
