Job summary

Primaris REIT is seeking a Guest Services Representative for our Quinte Mall in Belleville, ON. You will serve as the primary contact for customers and tenants, delivering friendly, proactive service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties include assisting with the gift card program, managing the lost and found, answering calls and emails, guiding shoppers, and supporting various property programs. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Secondary School diploma or equivalent attained or in progress.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Microsoft Office experience is considered an asset.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certifications are considered an asset.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Health & Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to customers and tenants.
• Assist with property gift card program administration.
• Assist in the administration of the lost and found program.
• Provide directions to shoppers and respond to calls and emails.
• Register customers for the Parenting Room where applicable.
• Maintain employee manuals and organize information brochures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Vacancy Status: Replacement

As the Guest Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and tenants and assist with various property programs and support. Your friendly demeanor, in-depth knowledge of the property, and willingness to go the extra mile will contribute to the success of our team. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional support to customers and tenants
• Assist in the facilitation of the property gift card program
• Assist in the administration of the lost and found program
• Providing directions to shoppers
• Answering calls and emails
• Registering customers for the "Parenting Room" (where applicable)
• Maintaining employee manuals
• Restocking and organizing information brochures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who are energetic, have a willingness to learn and have exceptional customer service skills. The below are requirements for the role:

• Completed or are working towards a Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Microsoft Office experience is considered an asset
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are considered an asset
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Health & Safety procedures

Compensation:

At Primaris, we believe in rewarding talent with competitive wages and total compensation package. Your compensation is thoughtfully determined based on factors such as location, job level, relevant education or training, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, while ensuring internal equity and alignment with market data.

Expected Hourly Range: CAD $17.60
