Primaris REIT is seeking an Analyst, Process & Controls to support the ICFR program, improve internal controls, and back up the Finance Coordinators. You will document controls, assist with testing, and work with external auditors to ensure remediation of findings while supporting the ERM program.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in risk, audit or compliance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with NI 52-109, SOX, and COSO standards. Yardi ERP and MS Office skills are assets.

As the Analyst, Process & Controls, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) program by helping ensure controls are appropriately designed, implemented, and maintained. You will adopt a risk-based approach to identify and assess processes for improvement and documentation, while providing guidance on internal control best practices. CAD $70,000 - $75,000
