Job summary

Edon Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Calgary, Alberta. You will join a hands-on maintenance team responsible for keeping commercial buildings running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance or related experience, Grade 12 diploma, and proficiency with hand and power tools. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance, repair, or construction experience.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Good communication, time management, and professional demeanor.
• Physically able to lift 25+ kg and work in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance (millwork, minor plumbing, door/window fix, drywall, painting).
• Execute rough and finished carpentry and trim installation.
• Operate standard power tools safely and effectively.
• Respond promptly to service requests and building emergencies.
• Support inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs with operational teams.
