Colliers in Calgary is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Mobile) to support a portfolio of industrial properties. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and coordinate with multiple contractors to ensure timely project completion.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, basic HVAC knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role requires a valid Alberta driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of industrial properties. This is a hands-on maintenance and coordination-focused role responsible for routine inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, tenant service requests, contractor coordination and general property maintenance. A significant part of the role involves coordinating multiple contractors and service providers, attending site meetings, obtaining quotations, assisting with scopes of work and following up on outstanding work. The successful candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, good organizational ability, practical mechanical aptitude and strong follow-through.
