Job summary

BGO Group in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across our properties. You will deliver timely repairs, support day-to-day operations, and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming community for residents.

This onsite role requires knowledge of safety standards, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Requires Albert Boilers Safety Association certification.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle.
• Criminal background check required (police clearance).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and responsive maintenance.
• Complete general repairs and support day-to-day operations of the property.
• Respond to maintenance requests, coordinate with vendors, and assist with suite turnovers.
• Participate in seasonal grounds maintenance, on-call emergencies, and health and safety compliance.
• Other duties as required.
