Job summary

ESFM Dugald, MB is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Associate to assist with day-to-day upkeep and the smooth operation of the Dugald facility in Manitoba. Duties include light maintenance, cleaning, inventory of supplies, and support for front desk and parcels.

The role requires English communication, physical stamina and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of safety practices and ability to operate basic tools is preferred; the position offers a stable shift and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Perform regular facility upkeep and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Repair and maintenance work such as light carpentry, painting, minor drywall and plumbing.
• Inspect the facility for malfunctions and conduct repairs as needed.
• Assist with room setups and furniture rearrangements.
• Support front desk and parcels/mail duties as required.
• Operate basic tools and equipment and maintain service tickets.

The hourly wage range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hour Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary

Assist with day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the facility.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on the facility including: changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing and tile repair
• Repairing Interior walls, installing drywall for repair or replacement
• Inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, furniture maintenance and conduct repairs accordingly.
• Ad-Hoc duties such as Window and door repairs, mounting curtain poles, track and fixture shelves
• Perform other work related duties as assigned (custodial duties. administrative duties)
• Complete preventative maintenance (mechanical rounds, equipment testing, etc.) and annual inspections
• Room setups, furniture reconfiguration/moves as required
• Service and update online service tickets/work orders
• duties will include maintenance (repair and cleaning of building)
• Duties will include maintenance related to cleaning, restocking supplies/dispensers and sanitizing areas.
• Coverage and support for office front desk and parcels/mail as required.

Qualifications:
