Job summary

Decibel Cannabis Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee routine maintenance of equipment and ensure compliance with applicable local and federal guidelines. The role includes inspecting premises, performing repairs, and coordinating with contractors as needed.

You will diagnose mechanical issues, replace defective parts, and perform regular equipment inspections to keep production flowing. Strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to multi-task are essential

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

• Ability to check repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Experience performing routine maintenance would be an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and processes.
• Able to multi-task efficiently.

Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

A maintenance technician oversees periodic maintenance of equipment and troubleshoots common issues. This work needs to adhere to relevant local and federal guidelines. Daily tasks can include repair and replacement of parts, inspection of new components, and maintaining cleanliness.
