Your Role
Iam currently recruiting for one of my clients, a mid-sized company inthe metallurgical industry located in East Montreal, seeking aMaintenance Supervisor for a full-time permanent position (day shift,6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.).
Reporting to the Operations Manager, yourresponsibilities include:
-Leading and supervising a team of 7maintenance technicians.
-Planning and coordinating preventive andcorrective maintenance activities.
-Ensuring the availability ofproduction equipment in collaboration with relevantdepartments.
-Diagnosing technical issues and proposing solutionsto minimize downtime.
-Managing material resources, including partsand equipment procurement.
-Maintaining a safe work environmentcompliant with current regulations.
-Tracking performance metricsand preparing periodic reports.
-Contributing to processoptimization and participating in continuous improvement projects.

What We Offer
-Annual gross salary:$90,000-$100,000, based on experience.
