An established industry player in pharmaceutical product development is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with safety standards and cGMP requirements while collaborating with various departments to optimize maintenance activities. To lead and support the maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cGMP requirements.
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field; or College diploma with trade experience and supervision background.
Experience: 2-3 years in a cGMP production environment (pharmaceutical, food & beverage, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Supervisory experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office; SAP PM experience advantageous; adaptable to change and fast-paced environments.
