Job summary

Intercity Packers Ltd. is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to join our Edmonton, AB team. You will lead a maintenance group responsible for keeping all building systems, equipment, and facilities in peak condition by planning, scheduling, and supervising daily tasks.

The role requires 3+ years in facility maintenance, an Electrical Red Seal, and experience with PLCs and Maximo. You will collaborate with Safety and HACCP/QA, ensuring compliance and safe ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years facility maintenance experience.
• Electrical Red Seal with 1–2 years of managing a maintenance team is an asset.
• Electronic knowledge with boards, PLCs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in all maintenance tasks.
• Develop methods, schedules, and workflows for facility maintenance.
• Schedule and guide the team for daily maintenance tasks.
• Inspect building systems, elevators, fire alarms, security cameras, sprinklers.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records in Maximo.
• Oversee repair/installation of machinery, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Coordinate safety audits and HACCP/QA alignment.
• Handle after-hours repair emergencies.
