Chartwell Retirement Residences in Langley, BC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee the maintenance department, coordinate daily activities, manage resources within budgets, and ensure that the residence’s interiors and exteriors are well kept and safe. You will perform hands-on maintenance, build memorable relationships with residents, and collaborate with a team to keep the residence running smoothly and welcoming.

They participate in the management of the department's human, financial and technical resources, while respecting allocated budgets. They are responsible for the upkeep of the building, premises, outdoor areas and equipment, and carry out work themselves.
