Job summary

Chartwell is seeking a Maintenance Aide to keep residences safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll support daily upkeep of the community, respond quickly to requests, and assist with preparations for new residents.

Applicants should have secondary education or equivalent experience, and prior maintenance work with safe equipment handling. A collaborative, resident‑centered approach is essential to success.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to perform frequent physical duties including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting tools or equipment
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required
• Preparedness to respond to emergency situations
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
