Job summary

Interfor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Bathurst, New Brunswick to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of mill equipment. The role focuses on maximizing equipment performance, reducing downtime and supporting production goals through effective planning and leadership.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance tasks, coaching staff, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across sawmill, planer mill and kilns.

Qualifications

• At least one of the following: Journey Level Millwright, Welder, Machinist or similar ticket.
• Post-secondary education related to equipment maintenance.

Maintenance Supervisor, Bathurst, New Brunswick

When you join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, youwill be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring thesafe, reliable, and efficient operation of mill equipment. This role plays acritical part in maximizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, andsupporting the mill's production objectives through effective maintenanceplanning and team leadership.

What You'll Do
