Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in maintenance planning and scheduling
• Experience in manufacturing with multiple crafts (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Proficiency with SAP CMMS or ERP systems
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as principal liaison between Maintenance and Operations (refinery and packaging)
• Prioritizes work requests based on business risk and safety needs
• Leads weekly meetings to discuss needs and schedules
• Obtains blueprints, manuals, and procedures for work orders
• Coordinates parts, materials, and tools and prepares complete kits
• Maintains KPI’s and backlog files; develops continuous improvement plans
