Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Technical diploma required; engineering degree preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS and applying SOPs to maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term maintenance plan aligned with Asset Reliability objectives.
• Coach staff to achieve results within budget; optimize work identification and scheduling.
• Manage lifecycle management, asset performance monitoring, and supplier relations.
• Ensure proper staffing, delineation of roles, and KPI tracking for the dept.
• Collaborate with Capital Projects to identify CapEx and maintenance strategies.
• Apply condition-based and predictive maintenance and maintain SAP data structures.
