Job summary

AIM Recycling is seeking a Fixed Assets Maintenance Planner to coordinate inspection, repair, and replacement of equipment at 28 recycling sites. You will work with site managers, procurement, inventory teams, and local contractors to plan, monitor, and close service requests.

CA$41.45 hourly; Full-time role requiring millwrighting or maintenance planning experience, plus CMMS (Maximo), Excel, and technical drawings. On-site work across Ontario sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in millwrighting or maintenance planning.
• Industrial Mechanic college diploma or certificate of qualification.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo), MS Excel, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests to define scope of work.
• Coordinate with site managers and contractors for field walks and requirements.
• Maintain safety controls and scheduling for tasks across sites.
• Manage procurement of equipment and tools needed for tasks.
• Collaborate to prioritize work with operations and reliability teams.
