Pomerleau is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop, structure, and implement equipment documentation, preventive maintenance programs, and spare parts management. You will liaise across suppliers, operations, procurement, and maintenance to ensure a smooth handover of equipment into service.
The role requires CMMS experience (SAP PM, Maximo, Guide Ti, FSM) and the ability to interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical drawings, with 5–8 years in heavy equipment maintenance or planning.

The incumbent is responsible for developing, structuring, and implementing the company's equipment technical and maintenance records. They ensure that all acquired or manufactured equipment is supported by complete documentation, preventive maintenance programs, spare parts lists, and all required information prior to commissioning. The Maintenance Planner serves as a key liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, operations, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition of equipment into service.
