Job summary

Interpro Recycling seeks a hands-on Foreman (Maintenance) to lead our operations team in Ontario. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure safety, productivity, and customer service are top priorities, and keep equipment and tools well-maintained to prevent downtime.

You will guide daily yard activities, manage safety observations, coordinate with operators, and address issues before they impact production. Strong leadership and planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a leadership role (military, lead hand, supervisor or management).
• Ability to lead inside and outside workforce and build a strong team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of automotive components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate heavy equipment used for loading/unloading materials.
• Oversee yard operations and supervise yard operators and tradespeople.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs to keep equipment safe and reliable.
• Identify and address safety hazards and oversee yard housekeeping.
