Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Millwright for our Winnipeg, MB facility. You will maintain and repair plant equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support installations, changeovers, and upgrades on advanced manufacturing systems.

Required Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) certification and a valid journeyperson ticket with Red Seal, plus the ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed. Competitive benefits await in a safety‑mocused team environment.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Millwright certification and a valid journeyperson ticket are required.
• Willingness to work all shifts and overtime as per union agreement.
• Experience with machine control systems and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical malfunctions.
• Support equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and changeovers.
• Work with welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, ammonia refrigeration, plastics manufacturing and PLC-equipped gear.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all tasks.
