Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee general maintenance, servicing and repair operations across the residence, ensuring safety for residents, visitors and staff. You will manage equipment, furnishings, fixtures and surrounding grounds, coordinating with teams to keep the property in excellent condition.
