Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences in Edmonton is seeking a Maintenance Aide to perform semi-skilled maintenance across electrical, heating, mechanical and plumbing systems, and to assist with general upkeep of the retirement residence.

You will build memorable relationships with residents and teams, respond to repair needs in a timely manner, and help with preventative maintenance to keep the residence safe and comfortable.

Job description

Job Description The Maintenance Aide performs semi-skilled maintenance duties related to electrical, heating, mechanical and plumbing systems and building equipment. Performs a variety of duties related to the general maintenance of the Retirement Residence and may assist with construction projects.
