Job summary

Chartwell Emerald Hills Retirement Residence is seeking a Maintenance Aide to perform semi-skilled maintenance duties across electrical, heating, mechanical and plumbing systems and general maintenance. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and ensure repairs and upkeep are completed promptly.

The Maintenance Aideperforms semi-skilled maintenance duties related to electrical, heating, mechanical and plumbing systems and building equipment. Performs a variety of duties related to the general maintenance of the Retirement Residence and may assist with construction projects.
