Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. is seeking a Foreman - Equipment Maintenance in Alberta to oversee field staff and ensure safe, compliant maintenance of heavy equipment. The position follows a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation with 12-hour day shifts on site.

The role requires leadership of maintenance crews, strict adherence to safety rules, and coordination of repair schedules across multiple sites. A licensed mechanic with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong safety leadership and ability to lead others.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience dealing with permits and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Highly organized with multi-priority workloads.
• Minimum 2 years leading a maintenance team.
• Minimum 5 years maintaining heavy equipment.
• Must be a licensed mechanic.
• Field work ~75% of time, office duties ~25%.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work up to 12 hours per day.
