About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Maintenance Crew Member. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing general maintenance and repairs, including basic painting, plumbing, carpentry, fixture replacements, and other property maintenance tasks.
  • Responding to maintenance requests and work orders, working under the direction of the Engineering team to support the smooth operation of the property.
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance and routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and property facilities.
  • Maintaining the appearance and functionality of guest rooms and public areas, including hallways, lobbies, spa, and recreational areas.
  • Supporting seasonal and property projects, including moving outdoor furniture, preparing rooms and spaces for events or renovations, and other operational needs.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following safety procedures, properly using tools and equipment, and working cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors.

You’ll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that takes pride in what we do and in where we do it.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates a genuine commitment to uncommon hospitality
  • Is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
  • Brings a positive, adaptable, and respectful attitude
  • Takes pride in hands-on work and maintaining high standards
  • Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in general labour, construction, or property maintenance is an asset but not required
