Langdon Hall in Ontario, Canada, is hiring a Full-Time Front Server for AM shifts. You will deliver warm, polished service, take orders with strong menu knowledge, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience.

We seek 1–2 years of fine dining hospitality, confident communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. A valid Smart Serve certification and weekend/holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Confident, warm, professional guest interactions.
• Stays calm, organized, and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Solid food and beverage knowledge; wine knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of Full-Time Front Server (AM Shifts). In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering warm, polished, guest-focused service, creating a welcoming and memorable fine-dining experience.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating strong menu knowledge and offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Managing assigned tables and sections efficiently, ensuring proper timing, pacing, and coordination with the kitchen.
• Maintaining exceptional table presentation by setting, resetting, and clearing tables to Langdon Hall standards.
• Collaborating closely with Back Servers, Captains, Supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Upholding cleanliness, safety, and service standards while contributing positively to a respectful, team-oriented workplace.

Pay & Schedule

• Wage: $17.60 per hour + Gratuities
• Schedule: Full-Time, AM shifts only (start times may begin as early as 6:30 AM)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
