Job summary

Langdon Hall is seeking a Full-Time PM Host to greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus with professionalism. You will manage seating charts and reservations to optimize guest flow and dining experience.

In this role, you will relay special requests, allergies, and guest needs to the service team, maintain strong menu knowledge, and support smooth communication between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of Full-Time PM Host. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming all guests warmly, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus with professionalism and courtesy.
• Managing seating charts and reservation systems to optimize guest flow and overall dining experience.
• Relaying special requests, allergies, and guest needs between customers and the service team, while staying aware of restaurant pacing and server sections.
• Supporting clear, smooth communication between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
• Keeping the entrance and host stand tidy and well-organized, and maintaining strong knowledge of the menu and special offerings to inform guests.
• Fostering a respectful, cooperative team environment and assisting with table resets, back-server support, and other duties as needed during busy periods.

Pay & Schedule

• Wage: $17.60 per hour + Gratuities
• Schedule: Full-time; evening and weekend availability required.
• Start Date: As soon as possible
