Job summary

Langdon Hall is hiring a full-time Back Server (Day) to support our luxury dining team during breakfast and lunch service. You will assist Front Servers and Captains and help maintain polished service stations and presentation.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Smart Serve cert, can start as early as 6:30 a.m., and brings a guest-focused attitude. Prior luxury hospitality is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Servers and Captains to deliver a seamless luxury dining experience during breakfast and lunch service.
• Prepare, stock, and maintain service stations with polished glassware, china, and utensils.
• Set, clear, and reset dining tables while keeping the dining room clean and presentation-ready.
• Refill water, coffee, and other beverages with attentive, discreet service.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full time Back Server (Day). In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Front Servers and Captains to deliver a seamless luxury dining experience during breakfast and lunch service
• Preparing, stocking, and maintaining service stations with polished glassware, china, silverware, beverages, and other essential supplies
• Setting, clearing, and resetting dining tables while ensuring the dining room remains clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Refilling water, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages while anticipating guest needs with attentive, discreet service
• Working collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient service flow and respond quickly to guest and operational needs
• Maintaining Langdon Hall's exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and luxury presentation throughout each shift

Pay & Schedule

• Wage: $17.60 per hour + Gratuities
• Schedule: Full-time; must have full availability, including the ability to start shifts as early as 6:30 a.m
• Start Date: As soon as possible
