Job summary

Langdon Hall in Ontario is seeking a part-time Back Server Assistant (Evening) to support Front Servers and Captains during dinner service, delivering a luxury dining experience.

You will assist with food and beverage service, reset tables to high standards, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Friday and Saturday evenings are required. Wage is 17.60 CAD per hour plus gratuities, with complimentary meals and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Front Servers and Captains during dinner service to deliver a luxury dining experience.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including refilling beverages and presenting menu items.
• Set, maintain, clear, and reset dining tables to high fine-dining standards while ensuring seamless service flow.
• Monitor guest tables to anticipate needs and provide attentive, discreet support.
• Stock and organize service stations, ensuring all glassware, china, silverware, and supplies are prepared for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, accurate service while upholding cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of part time Back Server Assistant (Evening).

• Supporting Front Servers and Captains throughout dinner service to deliver an exceptional luxury dining experience
• Assisting with food and beverage service, including refilling beverages, delivering bread service, and presenting select menu items with confidence
• Setting, maintaining, clearing, and resetting dining tables to the highest fine dining standards while ensuring seamless service flow
• Monitoring guest tables to anticipate service needs and provide attentive, discreet support throughout the dining experience
• Stocking, organizing, and maintaining service stations, ensuring all glassware, china, silverware, and supplies are prepared for service
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining Langdon Hall's exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality

Pay & Schedule

• Wage: $17.60 per hour + Gratuities
• Schedule: Part-Time, Friday and Saturday evenings required.
