We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our Georgetown, ON facility, a leading manufacturer of quality crackers. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the inventory and procurement of maintenance parts and supplies to support the maintenance department. This role ensures that all necessary parts are available for maintenance activities, coordinate orders, and maintains accurate inventory records.

This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $52,000.00 - 78,000.00 CAD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
