About the Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Brantford, ON facility, a leading manufacturer of griddle products. This role is responsible for all maintenance, services and facility equipment and infrastructure. The role manages the creation and execution of preventative, predictive and continuous improvement programs and equipment monitoring and repairs. The Maintenance Manager will also manage spare parts, equipment inventories, and third‑party service contractors.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role on first shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $94,400.00 - 141,600.00 CAD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics and business or organizational needs.
